2300 Edwin St., circa 1921142 viewsThe current owner of this home at 2300 Edwin St. is Bill Martin, who purchased the house in 1969 from the Shotts family, the original owners. E.A. Shotts was president of Shotts Electric Co. and his wife was Hannah. The rear tenant at the time was Preston Jones. Bill says the house was built in 1921 and he has the abstract. Note the house behind 2300 Edwin. Part of the foundation of that house still stands in the empty lot at the southwest corner of Forest Park Boulevard and Mistletoe Avenue.
