· Rosaline Takes and the sound wall updates. Although she was not present, we learned that the highway side of the wall is being landscaped. The curve of the street on the neighborhood side near Rosedale and Mistletoe Drive will be reshaped to add more area for landscaping and trees.
· Ben Belsher will still be in charge of the development committee and provide us with updates on Jason’s Deli, the new construction happening across the river, etc.
· Susan Presley will take over the Jerome Sidewalks project from Andrew Clogg.
· Magnets and bumper stickers may be considered as a reward to residents for paying dues. This will be discussed in further detail later. To encourage neighbors to pay dues, we could let them know what the dues pay for: Newby Park water, Newsletter, Easter Egg Hunt, Movie Night, Christmas Party, Welcome Baskets, etc.
8:20pm: Agenda items for next meeting discussed: Speaker from the League of Neighborhoods will be a guest. Also, there may be a guest from the FW Historical Preservation Committee who will speak about the historical significance of Mistletoe Heights.
Final Note: The MH Officer's meeting will be held on the second Sunday of every month from 4-5pm at Josh Lindsay’s home unless otherwise specified.
